We happily accept returns/exchanges on items within 10 days (except discounted or Warehouse Sale items).
Discounted items cannot be refunded, you will receive credit for the returned items.
All purchases from our Warehouse Sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We cannot refund shipping charges. You are responsible for any cost associated
with returning the item to us, including any currency conversion costs.
You have 10 days, from the date of delivery, to send your item back to us via Australia Post or courier with a tracking number.
All items returned must be in original condition with swing tags attached. Any items which have been altered or worn will not be replaced, exchanged or refunded. Do not send any additional payment, such as a check, to cover a price difference for an exchange. Your original payment method will be charged or credited when the exchange is processed (any additional method of payment will not be processed).
To return/exchange an item, please follow the steps below:
- Send an email to info@thedreamerlabel.com with the item details, invoice number and contact details.
- Send your item back to us via Australia Post or courier with a tracking number.
- Once we process your return, we will send you an email to let you know of your exchange/ refund.
